Regardless of the case, Ms. Yarden believes that it is always important to keep clients involved. This means keeping clients informed about the status of his or her case, explaining the legal process, and exploring potential outcomes so that informed decisions can be made during this difficult and stressful time.

Before starting her own mediation and family law practice, Ms. Yarden worked at several New York City matrimonial boutique firms, and co-authored an article on matrimonial depositions published in the New York Law Journal. Prior to practicing family law, Ms. Yarden practiced criminal law and worked for the Office of the Federal Defender in Connecticut. She also worked for high profile criminal defense attorney Benjamin Brafman. She has argued cases before the Appellate Division, Second Circuit, and the highest court in New York; the New York Court of Appeals. Ms. Yarden has a B.A. in Art History from Haverford College and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis.
